    Taunya Atwood is a senior strategy and program advisor with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations translate complex goals into clear priorities, effective governance structures, and measurable results. Her work spans global nonprofits, mission-driven institutions, and private-sector consulting environments, where she has led large, multi-country initiatives and advised senior leadership on strategy implementation, organizational performance, and operational excellence.

    Ms. Atwood brings particular strength in strategy execution—bridging high-level analysis with practical implementation. She has directed enterprise-level program portfolios valued at more than $400 million, designed performance measurement systems and dashboards to support executive decision-making, and led cross-functional teams to deliver results across diverse institutional and cultural settings. Her experience includes building governance frameworks, aligning resources with strategic objectives, and strengthening accountability across complex stakeholder environments.

    Before joining Ag Insight Consulting, Ms. Atwood held senior leadership and advisory roles with organizations including Cadmus, IREX, AECOM, and IBM. Her work has involved strategic planning, organizational transformation, program management, and stakeholder engagement across more than a dozen countries. She has also supported high-level international convenings and executive-level strategy sessions, translating analysis into clear narratives and actionable workplans.
